Director of Software Product Development

As Director of Software Product Development you will be responsible for overall management of the Research and Development staff, management of the Kraków office, and all hiring. You will work very closely with US headquarter.To be a good candidate for this position you need to fulfill such requirements: * Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience * 8-10 years of product development experience with emphasis on Agile development; at least 4 - 5 years of experience on manager position * Experience with J2EE and WEB (.NET) development environments * Familiarity with ERP systems, Wholesale Distribution, and Supply Chain applications a plus * Fluent English * Excellent organizational skills * Excellent communication skills * Strong process orientationOur Client offers: * Attractive salary plus social package * Work with great people building innovative products * Opportunity to participate in organization development from its beginning in Poland
